Join us for an afternoon of vibrant and engaging music as the Upper Valley Community Band presents a special spring concert on May 17th at 3:00 PM at Mascoma Regional Valley High School. This free community event invites audiences of all ages to experience a dynamic program spanning classic wind band repertoire, jazz-influenced works, and contemporary favorites. While admission is free, donations are warmly welcomed to support the ensemble and future performances.

The concert will open with a special appearance by the Mascoma Regional Valley High School Jazz Band, setting the stage with two exciting selections that showcase the talent and energy of the school’s student musicians.

The Wind Ensemble program features a rich and varied lineup, beginning with the bold and expressive American Overture for Band by Joseph Willcox Jenkins, followed by the lively and rhythmically intricate Danceries by Kenneth Hesketh.
